Commissioner Elliott phoned me at home, 613-521-3689, at about 1830 hours, 17 February 2010
in response yo my letter to his staff officer Paul Bateman of 12 February 2010.

We agreed that Bateman's reply of 13 January 2010 to me did not say that Elliott had seen my letter
of 10 January 2010.  We also agreed that Bateman's letter did not say that Elliott had not seen my letter
of 13 January 2010. 

Elliott saw my letter of 10 January 2010.  I told him that Bateman's letter should have said so.
Elliott did not want to discuss the letter of 10 January 2010.
